Lauren Bentley Swimwear strives to make your shopping experience as easy and efficient as possible.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Note that processing time between order placement and shipping can take between 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is not included in estimated shipping delivery times as seen at checkout.

We use traceable shipping options for all orders. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

Based on the shipping destination and order value, you may be subject to customs fees. Lauren Bentley Swimwear is not responsible for any duties or import taxes that an order may incur once fulfilled.

Customers who refuse a shipment from Lauren Bentley Swimwear will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, as well as the cost of returning your package,. These charges will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received back to our warehouse and processed.

 

NORTH AMERICA

We offer two shipping rates: Standard and Express. Standard shipping is free over $200 USD ($250 CDN). Standard rates under the outlined order values or Express rates are available at a small fee.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer two shipping rates: Standard International and Express International. Standard International shipping is free over the equivalent of $200 USD. Standard International rates under the outlined order values or Express International rates are available at a small fee.

AVAILABILITY

Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items becomes unavailable between order placement and fulfilment, that item may be removed from your order and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items shipped and the amount charged to your card.

Orders are dispatched once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your complete order will only ship once these items are available for shipping. If you would like your orders to come separately, please place separate orders.
