Do you stock Lauren Bentley Swimwear in stores near me?
Unfortunately, we do not own or operate any retail stores at this time, nor do we partner with any bricks and mortar retailers, where customers can shop in person. We are striving to become more accessible to our customers and hope to offer these options in the near future.
The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
If an item is out of stock, please contact our customer service team here. Someone from our team will be able to inform you whether the item is planned to be restocked and/or suggest similar products.

Where do you manufacture your products?
Our goods are produced in Portugal, a country renowned for having one of the strongest textile industries in Europe. The country has rich history in the industry, which is showcased by their exquisite craftsmanship. We take great care to partner with organizations that share our commitment to quality and ethics.

How do I find my correct size?
Size guides, found under Fit Concierge on each of individual product pages below the size selector, or you can view our general Fit Concierge by clicking here.
On each of our product pages, we offer descriptions, which include information that can help inform your perfect fit, including the size the model is wearing. Additionally, our Fit Concierges include size guides, How To Measure diagrams, Size Recommenders and additional information on how to find your perfect fit.

I have a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. What should I do?
If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please email our customer support team here with your details, description, and picture of the issue. Please also have your order number or proof of purchase.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
Changes or cancellations of an order after being placed are not guaranteed. Typically, we cannot make changes to an order after placement, as it is automatically transferred to the warehouse where it will be picked and packed and all relevant courier documentation will be printed and confirmed. However, we always want to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, so if you reach out to us here, we will investigate situations such as this on a case-by-case bases.
My order is incomplete. What should I do?
If for any reason your order has arrived incomplete (with missing item(s)), please contact our customer support team here with your order reference and tracking information.
Which currencies can I pay with?
When viewing our site, we currently offer the following currency conversions:
USD – US Dollar
EUR – Euro
CDN – Canadian Dollar
GBP – Great British Pounds
Our website is set up to allow you to check out in your selected currency. However, if your usual currency of payment is not listed on our website, you may incur additional fees from your card issuer, bank, or payment method provider. Lauren Bentley Swimwear is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by a customer as a result of the customer making payment in a different currency or a customer's order being placed through our website.

What are Lauren Bentley Swimwear’s shipping options and associated costs?We offer two shipping rates: Standard and Express. Standard shipping is free over $200 USD ($250 CDN). Standard rates under the outlined order values or Express rates are available at a small fee.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout upon entering your shipping address. For an exact information, please visit the shipping page at checkout.
Based on the shipping destination and order value, you may be subject to customs fees. Lauren Bentley Swimwear is not responsible for any duties or import taxes that an order may incur fulfilled.
You don't ship to my country, what can I do?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your Return Policy?
Please review our Return Policy here. Generally, customers can return a purchase within the specified timeline for a refund or exchange. Since we do not offer pre-paid return labels, you will have to request a return from our customer service team here. Items returned must be in the original unworn condition, with all tags attached. Women’s bottoms and one-piece items must still have the hygiene sticker attached as originally applied by the manufacturer.
*Lauren Bentley Swimwear reserves the right to reduce or refuse refunds or return products back to customers where the return conditions are not met.
How do I return an item?
If you have read our Return Policy and would like to return an item, simply send our customer service team an email here. If your item meets our Return Policy guidelines, our customer service team will be happy to provide you with a pre-paid label in a timely manner.
What is the processing time for a return?
Once you request a pre-paid return label from our customer service team and the request is approved, you will receive the return label promptly and be able to drop it off at your local courier drop-off point. Please allow shipping time, plus receiving and processing time.
What is your return policy for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we want to make it right. Please inform us of the issue by emailing info@laurenbentleyswim.com and we will promptly get back to you with next steps.
